Hi Everyone! Our Tuesday Tip continues with a ink tips. A popular question I get is "what is the difference between Classic Stampin' Pads and Craft Stampin' Pads?" And here's the answer!!

Classic Stampin' Pads and Spots contain fast-drying, washable and acid-free ink. The key word is fast-drying. You stamp an image and it's dry by the time you put your block down. 🙂 They come in full pads as well as the Stampin' Spots with the exception of Whisper White and Very Vanilla – they are available in Craft only.

Craft_pad Craft  Stampin' Pads and Spots are, as I call them, more juicy! The ink stay moist longer which make them PERFECT for embossing. Many time we reach for our VersMark pad for embossing but one can use Craft Stampin' Inks too! So one could order a Craft Stampin' Spot Collection and Clear Embossing Powder 109130 for color embossing! They work on fabric (not washable)  and other craft projects. Craft ink Colors available in a full size pad are Basic Black, Very Vanilla and Whisper White. All other colors are available in the Craft Stampin' Spots collection.

Full pads feature a patented, flip-top that store the inking surface upside down so it stays ready to go! No need to store upside down…the pad does it for you!

To summerize:
Classic = fast drying – full pads available all colors except Whisper White and Very Vanilla.
Craft = juicy – limited # full pads and availabe in Stampin' Spots in the other colors.

And that's our Tuesday Tip for this week. Happy Crafting!~Dee
