DSCN3087Hi Everyone! Get ready for 7 days of Easter or spring inspiration 🙂 The projects are perfect for Easter baskets and spring treats. Our first post is a family friendly craft using clothes pins. Your children or grandchildren will have fun making these cute clips that can be used as a bag clip, flower pot, on top of a basket handle, hold a cellophane wrapped cookie or treat, etc..!

Step 1 – cover both of the flat sides of the clothes pins with designer paper.
Step 2 – add your favorite punch image or punch art creation! That's it!

DSCN3093My clothes pin sides measured 3/8" wide by 2-7/8" high. You'll want to check yours just to make sure the same. Tombo Multipurpose glue used adhere paper.

The flowers where made using the Blossom Flower Punch125603 and the 1" Circle Punch 119868 for the center. Lacy Brocade Embossing folder added a little detail to the flowers.

The punch image is attached to pin using a Stampin' Dimensional foam dot.
To make the Bunny:
DSCN3096Punches:
1-3/4" Circle 119850
Large Oval 119855
1/2" Circle 119869
Circle from Itty Bitty Shapes Punch Pack 118309
Standard hole punch – office supply store

Great project for using up some scraps! I used scraps from the Color Collections Designers Series Paper Packs of 2011-2012 In Colors 122384 & Brights 117155.

Another gift giving idea – give them their favorite bag of snacks along with this hand made chip clip! (wink) please no comments on how much candy is out of the bag! hahaha

DSCN3094You could easily step up this project by adding ribbon, attach a sentiment and such. I kept the look simple to show it as a Kids' Craft 🙂
