DSCN3102Hi Everyone! The Two Tag die 115954 is another versital die. So many different tags and treats can be created using it. Here's a basket that is decorated for Easter. Change up the sentiment and it can be used for any themed party favor. So cute!!

I watched my video tutorial I made last night and well…let's just say not my best LOL. I'm going to reshoot over lunch, so check back hopefully later today for an update πŸ™‚
Noon Update: – Due to hubby having to take me to work re: 8" snow!! I didn't make it home over lunch…Will be ready tomorrow πŸ™‚ stay tuned!

Basic construction of the basket:

Die cut two(2) of the larger tags.
2-3/4" x 6-3/4" of card stock scored along the long side at 2" from both sides & scored at 1/2" only the short side.
3/4" x 8-1/2" for basket handle
Sticky Strip

Apply a strip of sticky strip along the sides of the 1/2 score section and on the bottom of the tags as shown.
With Scissor Snips, cut only the 2" score mark stopping at the 1/2" score mark. See above. Remove the center sticky strip both sides and bring up the ends. This starts to form the box. Do not remove the outer sticky strip just yet.
DSCN3099Remove Sticky Strip from the Two Tag and attach underneath the box, lining up the scored edges. Remove corresponding side Sticky strip from the box side and adhere to the tag. Repeat other side.
With the 3/4" x 8-1/2" strip of card stock (the basket handle), pierce hole for brad approx. 3/4" from either end. Insert brad (don't open wings yet) and tuck end into tag slot. Line up with the tag's hole and instert the brad – open up wing. Repeat other side. Your basket base is completed!

DSCN3105I wanted to have a border punched handle. I adjusted the width from 3/4" to 1" to allow for the punching.
