DSCN3757Hi Everyone!  Here's a little Top Note Die elf shoes with candy filled legs and topped with a little Festive Flurry snowflake action! Team meeting is tonight and we are to bring 1 treat gift to exchange and you guessed it! This is mine. I made it to hang from a tree and I hope, hope hope to mass produce for myself and fill up one of my small trees this year. What a fun "kiss goodnight" (thank you for coming to the event saying)! I can also see making these with all my family's name on them too. Any topper would look cute to attach the cello bags to.

I can't seem to get a good angle on the project. The shoes do not look that out of proportioned in real life.

DSCN3749I found the candy a GFS store and loved the colors – when spied I thought Bermuta Bay and Mambo Melon! Fill 1" x 12" Cello bags with candy. I love how it looks like striped stockings!

Die cut 2 Top Note images out of Mambo Melon  – cut in half. With 2-1/2" circle (really any somewhat large circle or oval punch will do), punch out ta section to make top of elf shoe as shown. – make 2 sets to sandwich the bottom of the cello bag together. Apply Sticky Strip to the top of the shoes and sandwich the cello bag (no candy in this section.

Stamp snowflakes in Bermuda Bay and Mambo Melon – die cut 2 sets.

DSCN3750Staple legs to largest snowflake. Sandwich snowflakes together using Stampin' Dimensionals.

DSCN3751Layer other snowflakes. Silver Glimmer paper, Very Merry Tags and the Petite Curly Label punch finish the topper – again…make 2 of everything that way it covers the both sides of the candy. Punch hole at top (I used the small Crop-a-dile hole punch) and thread 1/8" Silver Ribbon.

I can't wait to see what the Designer Dolls made for our exchange! and I'll share tomorrow. Happy Crafting!~ Dee
