Hi Everyone! Our Glitter Queen group is highlighting BIRTHDAY’s this month in a Blog Hop! Here’s a Masculine Birthday card that features the True Gentleman Designer Series Paper.
I LOVE this card layout…Shout out to Jan Musselman for sharing! The reason why I like it so well is it uses 1/2 sheet of cardstock for the base and a few clever folds.
In my Video Tutorial on how to make this card, I also show how to use the Adhesive Sheets with your dies..they truly are game changers with the intricate or delicate die cut shapes!
Chocolate Chip Cardstock card base 4-1/4 x 11 scored at 5-1/2 & 9
True Gentleman Designer Paper: 4 x 3-1/4, 4 x 1-3/4, 4 x 2
Very Vanilla Cardstock 4 x 3-1/4
Night of Navy Cardstock 1 x 11
Scraps of Tranquil Tide, Crumb Cake, Very Vanilla Cardstocks
Add Designer Paper and Very Vanilla to the card front, gift card flap and inside of card.
With 1-1/4″ Circle Punch (1″ could be used too), take a notch out of the end so you can see and easily access the gift card. With Glue Dots or Tear & Tape, tape gift card section sides and adhere.
To make belly band – With Tear & Tape – add ribbon to center of band. With Layering Circle Dies and Crumb Cake Cardstock, make circle. With Happy Birthday Thinlits and scraps of Tranquil Tide and Very Vanilla die cut Happy Birthday using Adhesive Sheets when die cutting (see video). Wrap belly band around the card – the ends won’t meet but the circle will hide! Attach circle to band using Stamping Dimensionals

Hi Everyone! My dad is a farmer and I think he will get a smile out of this punch art tractor. As with most projects, embossing really helps to pop the piece.
Who knew the leaf from the bird punch would become my corn stock? lol All you farm families say it with me "knee high by the 4th of July"! I think one time I'll have to try making the top leaf a yellow tone for an ear of corn.
Hi Everyone! Reminder that each month Stampin' UP! releases a new Best of 25 Years stamp collection. The above images are from Best of Birthdays 132929.

Being FAB! Inspriations for living a fabulous life. As
I grow to understand life less and less, I learn to love it more and more.
Hi Everyone! The guys in our lives need pretty packaging too! (I don't think they would admit it, but we know they like it! Here's a little Father's Day package that holds his favorite homemade treats, candies, or other small gifts. Plus room for a gift card. I used the Island Oasis desinger paper along with Old Olive, Pumpkin Pie and Whisper White. I used the sentiments from Teeny Tiny Wishes stamp set and the following tools: Punches – scallop, 1 3/8" circle, 1" circle, slit, word window and modern label. I used my crimper fo the belly band. Sizes of paper used: 1/2" x 8 1/2" old olive for the belly band., 8 1/2" x 8 1/2" old olvie for the pouch.Scraps of designer paper, old olive, pumpkin pie and whisper white.Old Olive ink.
If you want a wider, squattier pounch, fold the top all the way down until it meets the bottom. (This make sense when you watch video.) I trim off the tip so it doesn't overhang. The wider versions are nice when you have a little more goodies you want to gift. I wanted to show you the two looks. Any square size will work. The 12 x 12 are nice when you have a little bigger gift. I've made as small as a 4×4, which is too cute and holds one piece of candy.
Happy Crafting! Dee For the gift card holder, cut a piece of pumpkin pie at 3" x 5 1/4"
