Hi Everyone! Get ready for 7 days of Easter or spring inspiration 🙂 The projects are perfect for Easter baskets and spring treats. Our first post is a family friendly craft using clothes pins. Your children or grandchildren will have fun making these cute clips that can be used as a bag clip, flower pot, on top of a basket handle, hold a cellophane wrapped cookie or treat, etc..!
Step 1 – cover both of the flat sides of the clothes pins with designer paper. Step 2 – add your favorite punch image or punch art creation! That's it!
My clothes pin sides measured 3/8" wide by 2-7/8" high. You'll want to check yours just to make sure the same. Tombo Multipurpose glue used adhere paper.
The flowers where made using the Blossom Flower Punch125603 and the 1" Circle Punch 119868 for the center. Lacy Brocade Embossing folder added a little detail to the flowers.
The punch image is attached to pin using a Stampin' Dimensional foam dot. To make the Bunny: Punches: 1-3/4" Circle 119850 Large Oval 119855 1/2" Circle 119869 Circle from Itty Bitty Shapes Punch Pack 118309 Standard hole punch – office supply store
Great project for using up some scraps! I used scraps from the Color Collections Designers Series Paper Packs of 2011-2012 In Colors 122384 & Brights 117155.
Another gift giving idea – give them their favorite bag of snacks along with this hand made chip clip! (wink) please no comments on how much candy is out of the bag! hahaha
You could easily step up this project by adding ribbon, attach a sentiment and such. I kept the look simple to show it as a Kids' Craft 🙂

Hi Everyone! When I spied Patty Bennett's project, I knew I had to make it! Above is mine, which is a near duplication of hers. It uses the new Dress Up Framelit Dies 130101 and Hung Up Cute Clips 129389.So many cute projects using this die set. With Mother's Day just around the corner, this would make a super cute gift! I found the frame at Walmart.
I used a Sponge Dauber 102892 and Daffodil Delight ink126944 on Whisper White Organza Ribbon 114319 to 'color' my ribbon! A Mambo Melon Stampin' Write Markers (119702 Brights Collection Marker set) was used to add color to the Flower Trim 126869 (my spool had 100 flowers on it!).
Stamp image from Betsy's Blossom (wood mount 126004, clear mount 126006) using Lucky Limeade ink 126984. Die cut with Dress Up for a perfit apron fit! Scallop Edge Border Punch 119882 and Whisper White 100730 made trim. I think I will add some Basic Pearl Jewels 119247 to this one!
The belt is 1/8" Taffeta Ribbon in Very Vanilla 119960. Heat Emboss White Emboss Powder 109132 using Lacy & Lovey stamp on Wisteria Wonder 122922. Victoria Crochet Trim and a Flower Ribbon 118481 make the sash.
And lastly, Rose Red Seam Binding Ribbon 121884 makes for a pretty belt. The Designer Paper used is Sunshine & Spinkles 126922 and More Amore 129309.
