Swirly Squiggles Pumpkin with Pumpkin Pie Glimmer Paper

Swirly Scribbles Pumpkin

Hi Everyone! Swirly Squiggles Thinlits Die was top of my list when the 2016-2017 Stampin' UP! Catalog came out. BUT I hadn't dreamed of the other shapes we are all creating. This card will be used in my local card class next week. They can sub out the sentiment but I wanted to show an "adult" Halloween card option!

How good is the PUMPKIN PIE GLIMMER Paper for Fall? So good! Great for Halloween and Fall bling on our cards and projects. PLUS image if your school colors had orange in it…Awesome!

The leaves are from last month's promotion Thoughtful Branches. Stampin' UP! still has some bundles available but now they are while supplies last.

General Instructions:
Using the Big Shot Precision Plate – die cut the pumpkin from Swirly Squiggles and the leaf from Thoughtful Branches. Stamp images from Thoughtful Branches and sentiment from Teeny Tiny Wishes. Using Gold Wink of Stella – spatter gold flecks.

Curvy Keepsake -Grateful

Curvy KeepsakeHi Everyone! Here's a peak at my Thanksgiving place setter. A Curvy Keepsake box all decorated fall with a grateful sentiment.

Inside the box for the women (candy for the rest – well the ladies will get a candle AND candy), is a tea light. I got this PartyLite Autumn Glow scent from my friend Stefanie. The fragrance is amazing and I know my family will enjoy.

DSCN5754I tend to use candy as the go-to surprise inside the Curvy Keepsake. But this reminded me to use it for small gifts too! I think this would be fun to give the gals at work too. Especially if someone is trying to eat healthier.

Regal Cardstock Collection was used. I do like to show that a pack of the assortments really do go a long way and do not break the bank!

General Instructions:

Die cut Curvy Keepsake out of Cajun Craze. Emboss using the Woodgrain embossing folder. Assemble.
Stamp and die cut leaves. Crushed Curry and Old Olive cardstock and ink.
Die cut sentiment from Season Frames using Gold Glimmer Paper.
Add bows using Linen Thread and Gold Metallic Thread.

Paper Flower Fall Napkin Rings

DSCN3597Hi Everyone! Day 2 of the Blog Hop 🙂 Welcome your guest with a hand made napkin ring. Here's a look using it as a name place setting too!

DSCN3599The ring is made using a paper towel tube cut to just under 1-1/4". Simply cover the outside of the ring with the 1-1/4" Burlap Ribbon 132140(I'm ga-ga over burlap).

Adhere ribbon to tube with Tombow Multipurpose glue. I used a clothes pin to keep ends in place while drying. Option – wrap the ribbon around the tube if you want to cover the inside of the napkin ring or line in the same manner as the top.

The flowers are made using the 2-3/8" Scallop Circle Punch 118874.

You can check out my video on how to make here.

DSCN3595The bottom flower is also made using the scallop punch. Cut inbetween the scallops to achieve the look. I layered using the 1-1/4" Circle Punch 119861 and topped with a Naturals Collection button (mine is from last year's collection) I recommend using hot glue for adhering the button and rolled flower.

DSCN3596Adhere you top embellishment with a hot glue gun.

Welcome to our 3-day Fall Blog Hop! Hope you enjoy seeing all the fall inspirations.
Blog Hop October 2-4
AND today starts my 12 Weeks of Christmas for my Newsletter Subscribers. If you subscribe by 1 pm EST – you'll get Week 1!

The Ovals Collection Framelits 129381 was used to make the pumpkin card. Kinda like punch art but on steriods! LOL It uses the 3rd largest for the ovals and the cardbase. For the card base – fold ~ 5" x 8" piece of Pumpkin Pie Card Stock making sure the fold is INSIDE the framelit when you run through the Big Shot Die-cutting machine. I love the embossed sections, don't you?! Feel free to use whatever folders you have on hand.

Here it is next to a standard card size so you can see the scale of the card.
