Hi Everyone!
I knew the Party Banners Dies would be on my first order from the new catalog. 13 layering banner sizes! and one is perfect when using a 1/2 sheet of cardstock cut 4-1/4 x 11.
Here’s a video tutorial! I had the audio on mute for half of the LIVE! Yikes! I had to re-do the audio in a voice over. I’m not a pro at that but I did it! Woo Hoo!
The Beautiful Gallery Suite Collection by Stampin’ UP! was used to create these beautiful cards. I used distressing techniques to give the cards a vintage feel.
To antique the cards, I used the following techniques: used blending brushes to add ink to the edge and/or used a sharp edge to distress the edges. Scissors or a distressing tool will work!
The Beautiful Gallery Designer Series Paper pack is full of stunningly large prints and landscapes. I wanted to showcase the paper on each of the cards. A simple sentiment was all that was needed to finish the look!
White and gold gel pens (see my Amazon affiliate link to see what I used: https://amzn.to/43hUbF6) add color on top of the beige cardstock. I also added 3 dots in the gel ink to add a little more interest.
The 6th largest banner die for the card base and the 7th largest for the designer paper and beige cardstock. See the video for all the detail assembly!
Have a great day, and Happy Crafting!
Dee
